Gerding Builders Selected to Build Crisis Center

Gerding Builders, LLC was selected for construction services to build the new Benton County Mental Health Crisis Center. The Benton County Crisis Center will be constructed at 240 NW 4th Street in downtown Corvallis, central to transportation, community service providers, and emergency services.

A local and 100% employee-owned business, Gerding Builders will serve as the design-build contractor for the Crisis Center and will work closely with Mahlum Architects to ensure the design meets the County’s goals, budget, and service vision.
